Landhaus Diedert in Wiesbaden

Landhaus Diedert has long been at the top of the list for me when it comes to fine dining in Wiesbaden. Well, owing to the current events, I also ordered and picked up Gans ToGo there. Getting high quality food at a reasonable price / performance ratio to take away is very special, as the feeling of the great atmosphere of the restaurant unfortunately cannot be taken away. As usual, the quality was at a very high level and I am very grateful for the friendliness on site. I can recommend the Landhaus Diedert as one of the addresses for good food and great wine in Wiesbaden

Goose at Christmas time and during Corona times. A little skeptical, we ordered this by phone and picked up the food. The service on site was super friendly and there was never a rush. Our way home took 20 minutes. What was now on the plate was just a culinary delight. The meat is super tender, the red cabbage rounded off with selected spices. 2 delicious homemade dumplings garnished with plenty of sauce, chestnuts and a baked apple. So it was something very special for us and we will certainly repeat offenders.

A hotel where everything is right. Very nice people, nice surroundings, you can relax here. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the warmth Uwe Scholz.

We got married here ... never (!) Got better service. The service staff understand their trade and we felt so well looked after. The organization was even more straightforward than we had wished for, just perfect. Simply stress-free and just take your hats off. A clear GO for everyone who thinks about it. For example, it should be mentioned that after our flat rate we celebrated another 2.5 hours and were still (!!!) only charged for 2 hours. The food is at star level, every intolerance was taken into account - of course at no extra cost. We don't hope that we want / have to do the same thing again - but if we do, then here :)

Very romantic location, excellent cuisine

As far as I know, the only restaurant in Wiesbaden with a unique hygiene standard: top filter system, cutlery, dishes and glasses are disinfected and delicious food - go and enjoy!

Star cuisine. Very, very tasty

Very nice ambience, cozy garden, very good food (Sylter Shrimp Festival). A star deduction for the unfriendly waiter. When asked whether he could not do the math for us, the answer was whether we could not do the math ourselves. Not possible in such an upscale restaurant.

Were in Wiesbaden today and spontaneously went there on the recommendation of friends. We were lucky and got another table outside. Super friendly staff, excellently trained and knowledgeable. The wine recommendation met our taste 100 percent and the food was also exceptionally good. I can recommend it without reservation.

We have been there several times in the past - and so we were happy that we could be guests there again after the lockdown. It was worth it, so we could enjoy a very tasty menu there again. We wish the team good luck and good health.

Old German building, stylish restaurant. Tasty food, local wines from the Rhein Main area. Nice fire place with red nose Reindeer Rudolph above it. Good place for company events.

Something high priced but worth every penny. Very nice attentive service. Great quality of the food. Extremely flavorful. Just to recommend further.

This is one of the hidden spots in Wiesbaden! Not easy to find.... but you have a GPS right? You think... hui... i‘m lost in a tiny little village... but there you go: you see the wonderful garden... or you choose to sit in the restaurant which is equipped with ... fully working!!! AC! Hard to find in Germany! The food is great... high class german stuff.... the service is absolutely friendly and has a lot of details to tell about the wine selection! Don’t miss to go there... it’s worth it!

Great food and very friendly waiters!

We were in Landhaus Diesert as a preparation for our wedding to check if food was good. We already saw it from outside and inside-it is very beautiful, the trees make the terrace elegant. The food we ordered appeared to be great. The waiters are very friendly. We were lucky to get the date for our wedding. The owner Diedert met with us to go through the plan and gave us valuable suggestions. When we realised how picky Diedert was with the service, food and timing, we were reassured that we made a right choice- a person with such high expectations to his work would make everything as he promises it to be. On the wedding day Diedert himself was serving as well and was controlling the whole procession. He can step back if you want to, but he is on top of what he delivers. Food on that day was brilliant, service was great. We could write a long essay, but in three words: it was superb.

Location 5 minutes outside downtown Wiesbaden. Rooms and service are wonderful, and the food is Michelin star award-winning!

Tolle Location

Excellent cuisine, very dedicated, friendly and competent service! The regionality of the cuisine with local ingredients is very authentic and yet creative. We were with a larger group in the country house room on 1st floor, it was a very tastefully decorated room. The hotel with the very tasteful and individual offers after a great dinner the perfect end to a wonderful evening. We'll be back!

Excellent meal and top notch service. Cut my lamb with a butter knife. Goat cheese salad and wintersalat starter - innovative and would get either again. Veggies with main dish superb - possibly indicative of a good vegetarian option (don't remember what was available). Only negative was my wife thought her tuna (catch of the day) was overcooked. Large portions - will return.
